40K Necrons - Royal Court by Archibald-TK 40K Necrons - Royal Court by Archibald-TK
You never have enough Warscythes on the battlefield, never...

The nice thing when you go Full Mech like I do is that after getting your hands on 5 Barge kits you also automatically end up with a full Royal Court.
Also, since I already built an unit of Lychguards with shields, I was able to exchange the weird Warscythes included in the Barge kit (for which I have other projects) with the ones in the Lychguards' kit to add some variety to the Lord's pose.

actually looks pretty good without all the gold plates and shiny green gizmo. Or the princess tiaras.

5 of them actually, I've built two for the Lords, two Annihilation Barges and I turned the last one into an Obliteration Barge (the most recent one in my gallery). I find them to be easy to build and fast to paint vehicles, the polar opposite of the headaches inducing Ghost Arks =/

You gave me the great idea to scavenge my bitz box to make some 'unique' Lords, only for me to realize I lack the necessary parts D: Now I want to get some boxes just for the parts xD
Also, are you a GW reseller or something, or just a regular visitor to a GW shop (judging from some of your replies regarding Finecast)?

I am indeed in charge of distributing plastic crack to unsuspecting customers! Or resin crack when it comes to Finecast. Thought miniature games are only a range of products within many others at the shop.

But I greatly enjoy having no justification to give to my GW rep for everything I say on the Internet thanks to being anonymous so I will never promote the shop here or on Forums.

Thank you.

I think using the arms and the Warscythes to give the illusion that they are in movement is very important with these models as the main body of the Lord is in reality very static due to the large capes.
